✨ A charming mezzanine studio in the heart of Old Lyon Located on Rue Saint-Jean in the historical city part, this lovely, quiet 26 m² studio nestled in a typical historic building charms with its location in the heart of Vieux-Lyon. Just a few minutes' walk from the metro station (line D), it is ideal for a tourist stay to explore the city or for a business trip. Located on the 1st floor without an elevator, it offers absolute tranquility as it overlooks the inner courtyard of the building. An intimate and functional cocoon, perfect for 1 to 2 travelers wishing to enjoy the authentic charm of Old Lyon. 🏡 The accommodation This charming studio is designed to optimize the available space: On the ground floor: A cozy sitting area with HD TV. A fully equipped kitchenette and a table for 2 people with chairs. A bathroom separated by a door, with shower and toilet. On the mezzanine, accessible by stairs: A comfortable 5'3"×6'3" bed. A wardrobe for storing your belongings. 🍽️ Fully equipped kitchen The kitchenette is equipped with everything you need for your meals: hotplates, coffee maker, microwave, utensils, crockery, etc. We provide a few emergency supplies: rice, pasta, and other basic essentials. 🛁 Bathroom A functional bathroom with shower and toilet, located right next to the living area and separated by a door. Sheets and towels are provided. We provide soap and shower gel from the eco-friendly brand GREENLAB. 💻 Modern comforts You have access to WiFi, which is handy for working or organizing your visits in Lyon. 🎁 A few welcome products at your disposal A small selection of courtesy items is available to get your stay off to a good start: pasta, rice, and basic essentials. (in welcome quantities only) You will also find a complete Traveler's Guide with: useful addresses, instructions, Wi-Fi code, advice, and more. 🔐 Access & independence Entry to the premises is by appointment with a member of our team, who will show you around the apartment and explain the important points. Check-in is possible between 3pm and 7pm at no extra charge, with a surcharge of 30E after 8pm. Check-out is at 11am at the latest on the day of departure. For stays of more than one week, our dedicated team will come by once every two weeks to do a full cleaning (already included in the price), in accordance with our rental conditions. The time slot is set in advance with the traveler. For any additional cleanings outside of those scheduled: 45E extra per cleaning. 🕒 Extras Late check-out until 1 p.m.: +20E (to be requested the day before departure at the latest). ⚠️ House rules As mentioned in the listing, parties and any noisy events (loud music, etc.) that could disturb our neighbors are prohibited in our apartment. Smoking is also prohibited inside the apartment. Any breach of these rules during your stay will result in a financial penalty. Thank you for your understanding 😊

Access

In the case of a late checkin (after 8PM), supplementary fees will apply and will have to be paid to the person meeting you at our apartment. From 8PM to midnight : 30E Please note: any delay of more than 20 minutes at the key collection appointment will incur additional charges. -On-street paying parking -The accommodation is exceptionally well served by Lyon's public transport system: 🚇 Metro line D – Vieux-Lyon – Cathédrale Saint-Jean station, a few minutes' walk away. 🚍 Several TCL bus lines nearby, providing quick access to Presqu'île, Bellecour, Part-Dieu, and Gorge de Loup / West Lyon. Several paid parking lots are available nearby (Vieux-Lyon, Saint-Georges, Saint-Jean, Parc Saint-Antoine, etc.), accessible in a few minutes on foot along the quays and around Vieux Lyon.
