Situated on one of the liveliest and most central area in Lyon, at the heart of Lyon's Presqu'île, you will relax and enjoy your stay in this freshly renovated 25 m² apartment with its modern design and well-appointed layout situated on the ground floor of an historic building right next to the Opera. You will enjoy a comfortable 140x190 sofa bed, a living room and its HD TV, as well as a nice fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook tasty meals, and a dining table. You will find a great bathroom as well, with a shower, toilets and a large mirror. WIFI available, sheets and towels are included. You will find convenience products at your disposal (pasta, rice, spice, coffee, tea...), and a Traveller's Guide containing useful information for your stay (WIFI code, notices, nice restaurants around...). Checkin and checkout are totally easy and independant thanks to a connected lock. Checkin is from 3 PM and checkout is possible till 11 AM the day you leave. **Our services** Late checkout possible until 1PM for a supplement of 18€ (subject to availability, please send your request the day before you leave at the latest). According to our conditions on our listing, parties and any noisy event (loud music etc...) which can disturb our neighborhood are strictly forbidden, such as smoking into our apartment.
