On the 4th floor with no lift, it charms with its optimised layout and central location. Ideal for a romantic getaway or a business trip, this 15 m² studio combines renovated charm, full facilities and proximity to the cultural heart of Lyon. 🏡 The accommodation This well-designed studio comprises a functional main room with a fold-away double bed, an HD TV, a small fully equipped kitchen including a washing machine and a table for two, as well as a modern bathroom with a shower and toilet. All the facilities are designed to ensure a practical and enjoyable stay in the heart of the city. 🎁 A few welcome essentials provided We provide you with a selection of essentials (a few coffee pods, tea, rice, pasta, spices, etc.) and you have access to a fully equipped kitchen (induction hobs, Nespresso machine, microwave, etc.). Bed linen and towels are included. Free fibre broadband available. You will find a guide in the apartment with all the information you need for a great stay (Wi-Fi password, instructions, recommended restaurants, etc.). 🔐 Access & self-service Entry to the property is 100% self-service from 3 pm via a smart lock. To this end, we ask you to: Respect the residential environment: Comply with the building's internal regulations. Avoid any noise that may disturb the neighbors, especially between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. Energy savings: Close the windows, turn off the lights and heating when leaving the apartment. Keep the apartment in good condition: When you leave, please empty your trash cans, wash your dishes, and leave the apartment tidy. This is a sign of respect for the cleaning staff who take care of our guests' well-being. Responsibility in the event of disturbances or breakdowns: We remind you that we cannot be held responsible for elements or incidents beyond our control. This includes: Any noise disturbances coming from the building, such as parties organized by neighbors. Noise outside the apartment related to city life (traffic noise, etc.).
