Vieux Lyon and its cobbled streets are a 5-minute walk away, as is the arts and crafts market held every Sunday morning on Quai Romain Rolland. The slopes of Croix-Rousse are brimming with bars, restaurants, coffee shops and designer boutiques. 🏡A charming, authentic flat Situated on Rue Lanterne, right in the heart of Lyon city centre, this magnificent 120m² Canuts-style duplex with two bedrooms is the ideal choice for exploring Lyon whilst being close to everything. Transport links, shops, schools and restaurants are just a few minutes’ walk away. The flat is light and airy, with its décor and French-style ceiling lending it a sense of authenticity and warmth. It features two master bedrooms, one of which has a portable air-conditioner. Please note that it is on the 4th floor without a lift in a well-maintained building. 🌞 A bright open living-dining-kitchen area with a mezzanine Once inside, you’ll find an entrance hall leading into a large, light-filled main room with a spacious feel thanks to the high ceilings and wooden beams. This room features a dining area and an open-plan kitchen leading into the living room. The living room features a comfortable corner sofa with a television. Wi-Fi is included. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking your meals from start to finish: oven, extractor hood, induction hobs, fridge, freezer, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, etc. The dining table comfortably seats up to 8 people. Finally, this living area features a mezzanine with a desk for working from home, as well as a relaxation area with beanbags and books. Finally, a utility room provides a dedicated space for doing your laundry and storing cleaning equipment. 🛏️ The two master suites Upstairs, there is a master suite with a double bed measuring 160×200 cm, a portable air conditioner to keep you cool, storage space and a bathroom with a toilet and bath, offering comfort and privacy to every guest.
