The apartment is located on the 3rd floor without an elevator, in a quiet and sought-after environment. 🏡 The accommodation This well-designed apartment consists of several separate areas, designed for your comfort. 🛋️ Living space A pleasant living room with HD TV, a comfortable 140×190cm sofa bed, and a dining area that can seat up to 4 people, ideal for meals or relaxing. Fiber WiFi connection available throughout the apartment. 🍳 Modern & fully equipped kitchen The kitchen allows you to cook easily on site: hotplates, refrigerator, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, crockery, utensils, and a full range of cookware. 🛏️ Sleeping area A bright mezzanine bedroom (maximum height: 1,70m) equipped with a 140x200cm double bed, offering a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. 🛁 Bathroom A functional bathroom with shower and toilet is at your disposal. The bathroom was refurbished in August 2026 for your comfort. Sheets and towels are provided.
